母親節即將來臨，我們用很多的方式表達自己對媽媽的感謝。除了大餐、贈禮，以及一束又一束的康乃馨以外，還有什麼其他選擇呢？在溫馨的五月，特別邀請芳療師帶領我們為媽媽調製專屬的芬芳香氣，並且跟著專業的指導，為母親進行舒身又紓心的按摩。本場特別場次想邀請各位同學邀請媽媽一同來參與，將處理媽媽們經常面對的問題（如更年期、離巢空虛等）調油，後半部將教導如何協助母親按摩度過生理與心理上的不適，除了可以多關心與了解，藉由身體接觸亦能增進感情。母親節還想不到要做甚麼嗎？精油、按摩，將會是給媽媽最特別的獻禮！
Mother's Day is coming. We use a lot of ways to express our thanks to the mother. In this class,   follow the aromatherapist and provide your mother with a soothing and refreshed massage.

In a series of movements and breathing adjusted posture, you will learn how to maintain body heat, strengthen the heartbeat, and boost metabolism. Then slowly increase the strength to test the body's softness, with easy posture method, relax, precipitate thoughts, and then achieve the balance of body and spirit.
