本课程除了分享资深讲师其料理及甜点之专业知识外，也让同学们体验手作蛋捲之乐趣。蛋捲是从挪威来的，是挪威人发明，挪威原文是"krumkake"，在中古世纪，约西元1500年左右，被当成庆祝圣诞节的传统糕点。在十九世纪，透过挪威移民，带到美国中西部，而德国人拿这种捲饼装冰淇淋，就变成我们现在吃的甜筒冰淇淋。而台湾的蛋捲则是由香港传到台湾。 In addition to sharing the senior lecturer's expertise in cooking and desserts, students will also experience the fun of making egg rolls in this course. The egg rolls were from Norway and invented by the Norwegians. The original Norwegian word was "krumkake". In the Middle Ages, about 1500 AD, it was used as a traditional pastry to celebrate Christmas. In the nineteenth century, they were brought to the Midwestern United States through immigrants from Norway, and the Germans took this burrito ice cream into the cone ice cream we now eat.
