Do you know essential oils can not only relax and relieve stress, but also improve your health? The teacher will guide you to understand the basis of aromatic essential oils, how to use essential oils safely through the senses of touch and smell, and how to choose an essential oil which suits the user. The course will teach you massage your head and shoulder to relieve daily stress. At the end of the course, each participant can take a small bottle of exclusive aromatic oil.

You can learn how to play Tai Chi with Tai Chi fan in this courser. The lecturer will mainly teach fitness and self-defense. It combines Tai Chi, the other martial arts, and dance movements to make the participants confidently achieve body balance. Tai Chi, which combines solidness with flexibility, and static movements with dynamic ones, allows the participants to get concentration, happiness, as well as health from it.
