通识奖章认证补登时间：限10/6-10/15 中午12:00前
请于上班时间申请，并须以「三品书院讲座暨活动报 名记录查询」为佐证，逾期或资料不足，予受理， 请知悉。

1. 115-1 书苑日活动的通识认证，统一于每个月月底统计当月的场次完成。
2. 准时出席、全程参加并于当日21:00前完成线上问卷者，才能获得当场次的通识认证，请知悉。
General Education Recognition — September Sessions
Make-Up Registration Period: October 6–15, 2026, by 12:00 PM
Requests must be submitted during office hours and must include the record on “三品书院讲座暨活动报名记录查询” as supporting documentation.
Requests submitted after the deadline or without sufficient documentation will not be accepted.

### Important Notes ###
1. General Education recognition for Fall 2026 Shu-Yuan Day activities will be processed at the end of each month for all eligible sessions held during that month.
2. To receive General Education recognition for a session, students must arrive on time, participate in the entire session, and complete the online feedback survey by 9:00 PM on the day of the activity.
Please take note of the above requirements.
